1. | Preparing and reviewing the monthly P &L and the balance sheet; |
2. | Review of financial ledgers and accounting processes; |
3. | Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports; |
4. | Review the actual Vs budget analysis; |
5. | Handling the inter-company accounts; |
6. | Coordinating with internal and external auditors for the statutory requirements; |
7. | Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends; |
8. | Deal with Bank issue. |
1. | Bachelor Degree or above; |
2. | Minimum 8 years Finance experience especially in Manufacture Industry, chartered accountant certificate is required; |
3. | Fluent in Oral English and Kanataka; |
4. | Have strong relation of Bangalore banks. |
